  • All listed prices include international shipping and delivery costs for standard destinations, including the United States, Australia, and the European Union.

  • No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.
    However, this does not include:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or VAT (if applicable)

  • Any optional services requested directly with the carrier (e.g., rescheduling, storage, special handling)

  • Shipping Restrictions

  • International shipments may be subject to customs regulations, import duties, and taxes depending on the destination country.

  • Due to local import laws and restrictions, MATE STORE is unable to ship certain products to specific countries or regions.

  • If an order is placed to a restricted destination, it will be canceled and fully refunded

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products comply with local laws and regulations

  • Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery timelines:

  • United States / Europe: approximately 7–10 business days from factory dispatch

  • Customs clearance: typically completed within 1 business day, but may vary depending on local authorities

  • Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, carrier delays, or peak seasons

  • Tracking updates may not appear until the shipment reaches the destination region

  • Shipping Method & Tracking

  • All international orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL, using a door-to-door delivery service.

  • Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a tracking number

  • You can monitor your shipment directly via the carrier’s website

  • Pick-Up Option

  • Customers may request a carrier hold / pick-up service.

  • With this option:

  • Your package will be held at the nearest carrier facility (e.g., FedEx, UPS, or DHL)

  • You may collect it at your convenience

  • If you need assistance locating the nearest facility, please contact us and we will help arrange it.

  • Customs Clearance

  • Customs clearance is handled by the shipping carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL).

  • Customers are generally not required to handle clearance directly

  • However, you may be contacted by the carrier if additional information or payment of duties/taxes is required

  • For European shipments:

  • In some cases, a two-step import process may be used

  • Tracking updates may only become active after the shipment has cleared within the EU

  • Total transit time to EU delivery readiness is typically up to 10-15 days
