Daily Maintenance & Product Safety

Whether you are a new user or experienced owner, following proper care and safety practices will help maintain your product’s quality, appearance, and longevity.

Product Safety & Daily Care

To ensure the longest lifespan of your product, follow these simple daily care recommendations.

Lubrication

Always use water-based lubricants only to protect the material and ensure a safe, realistic experience.

Cleaning & Drying

After each use:

  • Clean the body—especially intimate areas—with warm water and mild soap

  • Rinse thoroughly and gently pat dry with a soft towel

  • Allow the doll to air dry completely in a well-ventilated space

  • Do not use a hair dryer under any circumstances

The doll is water-resistant and can be rinsed or bathed safely. However, do not fully submerge the head.

A light application of baby powder after drying helps maintain a soft, smooth texture.

Clothing Care

To prevent staining or material damage:

  • Always wash new clothes before use

  • Ensure dark or colored garments no longer release dye

  • Avoid tight clothing or items with metal parts

  • Remove clothing when not in use

  • For storage, use light-colored (preferably white) garments or no clothing

For easier dressing, you may remove the head if applicable. Handle joints gently during this process.

Material Maintenance

After purchase, you may notice slight oil residue on the surface. This is normal:

  • Simply wipe off excess oil with a soft cloth

  • Allow the surface to stabilize naturally over time

Never use heat tools (such as hair dryers), as this can cause irreversible damage.

Movement & Joint Care

The internal structure supports a wide range of natural movement:

  • Avoid excessive force on joints

  • Do not leave the doll in extreme or stretched positions for extended periods

  • Handle articulations gently to prevent wear or damage

Storage Recommendations

For optimal storage:

  • Keep limbs slightly separated to avoid pressure points

  • Do not place heavy objects on the doll

  • Store in a cool, dry, and shaded environment

You may store the doll lying flat or in a suitable storage case (horizontal or upright).

Sunlight & Heat Exposure

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat sources, as this may cause:

  • Surface aging

  • Color fading (both on the doll and clothing)

Warming the Doll

If desired:

  • Use warm water below 40°C

  • Heating blankets may be used safely

(Some models may include built-in heating features with safety controls.)

Eyelashes & Makeup Care

The doll comes with long-lasting makeup, which may gradually fade over time.

For maintenance:

  • Use non-greasy cosmetics for touch-ups

  • Remove makeup with a mild makeup remover

  • Reattach eyelashes using standard eyelash adhesive only

Do not use strong adhesives (e.g., super glue) as they will damage the surface.

Minor Repairs

For small surface damage:

  • Use appropriate repair kits for minor scratches or tears

  • For larger repairs, additional materials and careful application may be required

Support is available if needed.

Sharp Objects

Avoid contact with sharp or pointed objects to prevent permanent damage.

Dust Protection

When not in use:

  • Clean with mild soap and water if necessary

  • Cover with a soft cloth or sheet to prevent dust accumulation
